Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. During a session, a practitioner will take a hands on (gentle touch) or hands off (hands hover 4-6 inches from the body) approach to send reiki energy where you need it most for your greatest good and highest wellbeing.

Reiki can help relieve stress, anxiety, physical ailment, ease grief, and restore balance in your body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki is great for anyone, really! Whether you’re working through something or currently in a healthy place and want to maintain that sense of wellbeing, reiki can do no harm.

The good news is, you can't overdo reiki. How often you receive, though, is totally up to you. If you're working through a particularly challenging time or are experiencing heightened levels of stress and anxiety, a session a week for a few weeks can be really helpful. If you’re just looking to maintain balance, a session a month or every couple of months should do ya.
